Terms of Service

Agreement

By ordering or using any S8K Hosting service you agree to these Terms of Service. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated.

Billing

Invoices are issued in advance of each billing period. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable. Services may be suspended after the configured grace period and terminated if invoices remain unpaid.

Acceptable use

You agree to use services lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension without refund.

Liability

Services are provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding month.
